20 Years in the Making…

A State-of-the-Art Comprehensive Facility,
Designed in Partnership with the Hawaii Academy of Arts & Science Public Charter School

The ASC campus will expand to offer:

  1. A community gathering & performing space

  2. An educational institution focusing on agriculture; with farm-to-table & entrepreneurial components

  3. An inclusive Arts & Sciences Center, encompassing shops for fabrication & design for business incubation, as well as community educational opportunities 

Already in the works:

  • Master plan complete

  • Land planning & special use permits complete

  • Water & infrastructure designs complete

  • Intersection design determined and coordinated with Dept. of Water for waterline extension

  • Ironwoods removed

  • Larger designated office space for ASC staff, summer ‘25

  • Engineering completed for Water and Septic

  • Grading permit and land work for Phase 1 begins

  • Additional Parking/Secure area for state vehicles

  • Septic unit expansion for Middle School complex

  • Middle School pod classrooms permit submitted

  • Work management software implemented

  • Enhanced operational budgets being utilized globally and within programs
